Because there are late games being played there for the local market teams and NFL rules apparently say that you can't televise any game but the home team's during that time slot, I think.
It wasn't always like that? I'm not sure.

Because the Jags and Raiders are playing at home at the same time. The rule is if the home market team is playing at home, no other game can be broadcast in that same time window by the opposite network.

By the way guys, GamePass now has the game very quickly after it's over. It used to be that you had to wait until after the Sunday Night game, but it appears they've removed the restriction that wouldn't let you watch while other games were going on. I was able to watch the game during the 4pm games. So you only have to wait till the game is over instead of avoiding scores/news all day.
