I am not sure what the injury reports mean.
I guess I never expect Armstead to play, just a bonus when he does. I wonder what our run and pass game might do if he played?
I see Simmons (S) is a maybe for the Broncos. Is he the cheap shot guy or was that someone else?
They look less dinged up than we are.
I sure hope AVG and Phillips can play.

I expect Waddle and Armstead to sit this one one......hoping that's it but we'll see
I agree on Waddle. Even if he passes stuff I think he will be held out due to simply appearance. The league and the dolphins I think are going to take a very cautious approach to head injuries. I don’t mean to suggest this is bad, just that they may err on the side of caution.

Armstead, I have no idea. Seems anytime he plays is a bonus not an expectation. Likely we need to focus on another LT for next year. If Armstead can play, we play the new guy somewhere else.

Justin Simmons is their best player so that’s a very big deal if he’s out or in.

He’s not the one that took they cheap shot, Jackson did.

Phillips is good to go he had spasms.

Armstead I’m over the guy situation so it doesn’t matter, I’d sit him down for another month and let him train

Still don’t know for sure if waddle had a real concussion, there is confusion, my guess is they don’t put him in the protocol unless he showed signs of one.

that's how I look at it....if Armstead plays then great but I don’t expect him to play and even if he does, how long before he's out again?

Or, just keep him out to insure he's good for BUF

Screw that. I don't want him to play if he's going to get worse from doing it. But, I don't give one **** about how it "appears". If a player passes the protocol, then it's up to the coach on if they play. I'm "appearance"'ed the freak out in 2023.

So.... what are Armsteads cap numbers looking like for next year

I'm a big supporter, but if Lamm keeps playing this way.... May make him expendable.

With tuas quick release and MMS scheme or game plan, Armstead may not be necessary.

So I am not rushing Armstead back. I'm giving Lamm every chance to prove we can move on.

Is armstead tradable or releasable next year?

At the very least, seeing how solid Lamm has been, knowing Armstead is there as well is also a plus.

I'm not advocating moving on, just thinking out loud...

Ewwww, 24 million dead cap?

I also think left tackle might be our first round pick..

So exploring options I agree

i saw somewhere that ahmed is looking at week 4 for return.

if so, that leaves Mostert, Achane and Chris Brooks at RB.

It is definitely time to "future proof" with an OT pick early. Armstead will be a Fin next year and then they will move on.Fortunately this is a very good Draft class at OT so when Miami is picking late in R1 there may still be a solid guy there. Or they would only have to move up a few spots to get one.

I like the idea of going DT early as well. The team still has not signed Wilkins long term and Davis is a FA.This is a spot where they might find a solid vet in FA but they are not going to be throwing money around with all the home grown guys they have to lock up.
