Week 3 Injury Watch Thread

I kinda would rather have AVG at Phillips' spot this week.

I haven't specifically watched Phillips, but it seems every time I've noticed him, it's an attempted outside speed rush, and the tackle usually just helps him along behind and to the other side of the QB. If he does that, Allen will be gone.

Should he play, I hope Fangio concentrates on filling that gap with a blitz or a stunt.
 
I think Phillips or Williams not practicing today means absolutely nothing. Any player in the entire league with a minor injury hardly ever practices on Wednesday, the Bills have 5 or 6 guys out today, a few of those will play Sunday.

Philips is reverting. He’s trying to use his athleticism o compensate for power.

I disagree. AVG had his best in week 2, but Phillips is significantly better than AVG.

significantly? really? based on what. I think Phillips is a bit overrated on this site. He's good but AVG to me is more versatile and I'd rather roll with him. I'd actually like Phillips and AVG, with Chubb coming in sparingly.

Thank goodness AVG has continued to be an effective pass rusher. Without him we have nothing!

I like how AVG is always around where the ball is. Kind of reminds me of #54 years ago.

Please dont say that, different class of player. AVG is a nice piece, versatile, playing huge and hopefully more then a role player long term. Phillips and Holland are the young cornerstones were hoping to build our D around.
