This was a good read.
I think a lot of our troubles are in relation to Nick Saban's selection of Murlarkey as OC.
I'm not sure what kind of selection process he uses to recruit and hire coaches...but he really needs to improve on it. I think that was a very very bad decision on his part.

So when you break it down we REALLY stink! I'd like to see Mularkey and his lifeless offense out the door ASAP. This is the worst move to date by Saban because it is costing us every game we play. We are losing game after game because of Mularkey and this non-attack, non-aggressive, predictable brand of football. I just don't get the guy. Sabans' fault for not stepping in and correcting this disaster. Trying to use Linehans' playbook and terminology with a different style coordinator has backfired in our faces. We have good skill players but Mularkey has single handedly crashed the plane into the mountain.

How could you get excited with MM? He coached the Bills, last time I check MM was god awful in Buffalo. All Bill fans will tell you that.

Even the national media has caught on to the fact that Mike Mularkey has some sort of Freudian obsession with "end-arounds."

You think the guys watching film before they play us each week will be caught off-guard?

No amount of money could have kept Linehan from an upward move to HC.

But I have to admit, I never liked the Mularkeyh hiring, nor Capers. Our team has gotten worse on both sides of the ball.

I am predicting we hire Jim Fassel, has he has previous head coaching experience.
