It happens- deal with it how you must.

Vikings get bulldozed by Bills
Patriots get run over by Lions, who get demolished by Jets
Titans take down Jags, who take down Patriots
We beat Jets and Titans

Let it ruin your day, or your week, or your season.

I’m looking forward to next Sunday and bouncing back against the Bengals. (a game I figured we’d lose at season’s start).

I love this team and coaching- we have a fun season still ahead.

If you choose to be glum, or fatalistic, or despairing- well enjoy your life. I know a whole lot of us (and the team) are looking forward.

Fins up!

None of those teams has to contend with New England (Bills/Jets aren’t winning ****). It’s impossible to win the division so Miami’s only way in is a WC spot. Good luck on that front.

I understand and appreciate your post. I knew we’d lose but that kind of loss I can’t accept but you are correct, these type of losses seem to be the norm in the NFL. I think 5-3 is still a realistic record at mid season and that’s probably what I predicted so I’ll just go with that.

Not giving up on the division yet. If we’re ever going to start contending, we need to beat the Bills and Jets and split with the Pats. Next week will tell us a lot about how the season goes forward from here.

Gase is a genius and clearly the smartest person in the room. He is so smart he outsmarts himself on the field. I expect another stellar performance vs Cincinnati.

The sky isn't falling. We'll beat the Bengals

Not with Gase calling the plays. Someone posted Gase’s run play calling. Majority of the time....2nd and long. And what does that do, sets you up for for 3rd and long. That’s a loser play calling mentality.

I think it's when they run
2nd and 17
2nd and 10
2nd and 10
2nd and 22
1st and 20
2nd and 9

Disagree, Miami is still a game ahead of the Patriots, Miami still plays the Pats in Miami, where they have success against them.

Miami actually has a main way to the playoffs, by winning the AFC East, unless they lose they lose their 1 game lead over the Patriots, where they then have a backup plan of getting in with a wild card positions.

We looked bad in all facets of the game. i cant explain it because there is NOT typically that kind of disparity between teams.

it may sound pollyannish, but next week we could see something completely different. Hope this team takes this lesson to heart. If it happens again Sunday, then I’ll be truly concerned.
