Welker is only Probable, which means he will be playing on Sunday.

But in the very rare case that he doesn't play against the Jets, Minor will take over.

While Welker is just probable, I think it is likely that he will catch a break somehow. My guess is that he is most needed on punts and at WR, so kickoff duty may go to Minor or another player.
