welker trade update... no grievences filed

Front page online of the miami herald there is a link to the welker deal.

No grievances are filed in trade involving Welker.

no rules were broken, but there were concern in regards to the CBA.

Carl Francis, the director of communications for the NFLPA, clarified that there was never a worry about how the deal went down, just that they wanted clearer details of the deal.

good enough than. At least we didn't bend any rules, and have that distraction for the next month.

there is a line in there that says was seeking the details, not because the CBA had been breached and not because welker or his agent were unhappy.

so who raised the damn questions in the first place... does anybody know??
