Sad but true.

Our go to guy is an undrafted player. Sure I am glad that he is here and he puts out a lot, but when he is outplaying your high paid supposed superstars then you are in trouble.

Nevertheless, if Joey goes through the reads then he would have seen Wes wide open.

On another note, Joey gets no respect. He didn't play that bad of a game. He has eliminated the sacks. And that first INT is solely on Chambers.

I still think that Daunte can comeback and be this teams leader, but if not then I feel confident that Joey can be the man for this team.

Agree with everything you said, prepare to be crucified by the DC/JH haters and Welker lovers/haters.

I saw that too. The guy who was across from him blitzed and he was all alone. Unfortunately Joey was looking only for Chambers (perhaps that was the play call). too bad he didnt see him he coulda gone a Looong way. And yes Welker is our best player right now which is a credit to him and a shame thoat other more naturally gifted guys on the team arent stepping it up like he does. Gotta love the effort Welker gives every play.

Someone with some common sense. I definitly agree.

Doesn't matter. That play shouldn't even have been called. We still had a timeout in our back pocket. The call should've been to Ronnie on the ground.

That's what I was going to say. We should've used the timeout, selected a good play (because every thing was working) then spike the clock dead then take a couple of shots at the end zone. At the very least, we could've had about a 40 yard attempt. Not to mention Hagan's drop in the end zone and Jackson's dropped INT both cost us minutes off the clock.

I thought the last pass went to Hagan.

+1

Joey through it where the play was designed. Remember they have been working all week on getting the ball out quick, and he has done it. The problem is he missed an open sure first down. (well who knows with the way we catch) I was screaming Welker Welker is open, but he went with the play call. It was a bit off though, but I have no idea why we weren't going for the first. (That is the real shame.)

Most of his throws at the end were lasers and looked great. Actually most of the drops were because the ball came so fast.

:yeahthat:

Nick wanted to get that first down and save that timeout just in case of a bad snap...bank on it. That's why we didn't run Ronnie. That's the only logical explaination
