but despite our 1-4 start I see several reasons for optimism. So calm down Dolfans, Saban and our boys will get the job done. After all, our expectations were just too high after winning our last six games of 2005. We should never have put so much pressure on the players and the coaching staff. Anyhow, Here are some positive signs:

1. Joey Harrington is obviously a stud. I mean 26 for 41 for 232 yards, 0 touchdowns and 2 interceptions...forget starting him next week...I think we should just fit his bust for Canton right now. Throw in the fact that he didn't spend half the game with his nose in the dirt like Culpepper and we definitely have a franchise quarterback here.

2. Ronnie Brown, sophomore jinx my foot...do you see that incredible acceleration he has to the hole? What fantastic vision he has...If that o-line blocking was there they'd probably be making Fast and the Furious 4: Ronnie 'Three Yards and a Cloud of Dirt' Brown

3. One thing that has really stood out this year has been the consistency of our receivers...Chambers has those big games week after week, year after year. Five catches for 29 yards today, heck I am bursting with pride. We should all adopt Booker's training regimen...it certainly keeps him healthy enough. Then there's that gritty and tough Wes Welker. He's just so tough and gritty...did I mention that he is tough and gritty??

4. Our offensive line is improving for sure...anytime you can go a whole game without getting the qb battered that is something to hang your hat on. As for run blocking...who needs it? Out of Carey, Shelton, Hadnot, James, Alabi, Jacox...we can definitely count on Carey in the future.

Hey, the biggest reason for optimism is our future...I can really see this team improving down the road. I think Mularkey will definitely be able to get us to score 20 points one day...or heck we can just change offensive coordinators every year...Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas probably have 10 good years left in them...We are in great cap shape....Saban's draft picks have been incredible...Matt Roth, Channing Crowder, Jason Allen, Manuel Wright, Derek Hagan and Brown are just a bunch of studs...what a group...I can't wait for the 2007 draft...maybe we can reach for another injured safety next year...Yes!!!...oh and maybe the Hashish Heisman can come back!

Here's the best idea, let's keep as many of our quality veterans as possible...trade away most of our high draft picks and win just enough games to keep us from truly rebuilding...that's the ticket.

Boy, you negative people really need to drink the cool aid and get with the program. I really don't understand why people criticize this team. You have to blindly accept and chearthe Phins in this time of great pride and accomplishment.

Those people who aren't satisfied with a laughingstock of a team...shame on you.

Sincerely,
Aqua and Orange can do no wrong
