Is it just me or are some of you other fans like this when Miami plays the Jets. I was watching with family, which some were not fans of any team in the nfl, and others who were fans for different teams, except for my sister who was watching with me and is a fins fan. Anyway, the rest were all concluding Miami's victory when they got the first down on 4th and inches and when they punted the ball with 17 seconds left, but while I felt good about Miami having won the game, I just was not ready to celebrate until the game clock was 0:00.

And I think the reason is because of how the Jets have had streaks in Miami and always seemed to pull something out, and some of that probably has a decent amount to do with the Monday night miracle, so the Jets are like the one team that Miami plays when they have a lead that I'm not counting the Jets out to be defeated until the game is officialy over, and also thinking of how the Jets won against the Bills a few weeks ago, granted Miami has better coaching and better qb, thus not doing such a bone headed play, but still how the Jets just are scary when playing Miami of just pulling some crazy come back or something.

So what a great feeling it was to see the score Miami 24-Jets 17 at the final score. I kind of went on a little bit, but how many of you fin fans were not celebrating until the game ended, because of the Jets and Dolphins history? What a win, it's been a long time, but it has finally come baby.:woot:

totally agree with u. I was with a few of my friends and they are like well congrats on the playoffs Im like it aint over yet I have seen us over the years make worse things happen that made us miss the party.

Yeah, it's just the way those damn pesky jets have played Miami over the past years, that makes me not taken any lead for granted when Miami plays the Jets.

I was already feeling victorious at the start of the 4th. I dont know why

For me it was very strange.

I was incredibly nervous and aggravated throughout the entire first half, but then I felt relatively at ease in the 2nd half.

Couldn't explain it. BRING ON BALTIMORE!

Yeah, I felt that Miami won, but there's just something about the Jets when playing Miami that just makes me think, "you never know", and just want to see it end to make sure the Jets don't pull any tricks out of their *** and pull it off against Miami, because we have seen them do it to Miami before unfortunately, but then again, this Miami team is not like the previous Miami teams of this decade, these guys are a resillient bunch, which I love. And I believe they have just taken in Sparono and Parcells persona.

pretty much the same here. After a first half of anxiousness, the second half started with a feeling of comfort. Then the Jets scored and I got nervous again. But, as we've done all season, Penny and the fins answered back.

By the end of the third quarter, I felt pretty comfortable.

I was HELLA nervous with 17 seconds left. That was a heart attack in the making. My mom, who's a fair weather finfan, was celebrating and I was just like, "It's not even close to being over!"

SO GLAD WE'RE AFC EAST CHAMPS! Now, let's get back home and prepare to take on the Ravens! REVENGE!!!

After all of the times seeing the absolute worst happen, I wouldn't have been surprised to see a miracle play at the end. I guess it is just a conditioned response.

I was nervous till the clock read zero. I was screaming at the TV on the very last play with all the lateraling. When we finally got the ball the TV got one last F#@K YES! and then something along the lines of how much I hate the Jets :p

Positively was me. And it was the same for coach Sprarano after he got dumped with cold water.

And a lot of those miracle plays coming from the Jets, hence my hesitation of celebrating a victory until the game was officially over/
