We're just average as average gets.

Exactly!!! We beat mediocre to bad teams and play tight and lose to elite teams.. Just blew any chance at our division!!
 
I'd go as far as to say that we suck... average? Average teams beat the Bills. We suck.
 
Thats a horrible loss to a bad team. Credit to Buffalo who are in a mess right now, but the Fins were just awful today. You can draft al the quality players you want, but if you continue to carry an Offensive Co-Ordinator that is clearly out of his depth, then we will never go far.
 
...I can't believe we lost to bufallo. After seeing us drive it down their throats during the first quarter I was sure it was going to be a blowout....what the ****....we lost to the bills....

That is just the thing. We DON'T have enough quality players yet. The foundation is solid but the walls and roof need replacing. With our schedule and the way teams like the bengals took off this year, it was going to be very difficult for us to do much this year. Brown on IR only adds fuel to the fire. We are in good shape for the future we just don't have enough firepower right now on offense or defense to make a push. Sucks, however it is what it is.
 
We won't be the Patriots next week, that's for sure. Now I'm glad they moved the game up to 1pm so our shame is not magnified by prime time.

The Fins are regressing as usual.....can't even beat a terrible Bills team in an important division game. Henne looks like he's playing in his first start, corners/LBs can't cover, Ginn sticks to his game plan.....dropping passes, going down with arm tackles, running out of bounds and getting a critical penalty (false start) late in the game. I'm starting to think he is a plant by one of our division opponents.

It's probably all for the best though....at least we won't be thoroughly embarrassed in the playoffs (we won't make it - you can book that) and on the bright side we'll be up higher in the draft.
 
Last week so many were saying that after you defeat the Bills and the Patriots lose to NO this week, you were going to defeat NE next week for the division lead.

What happened? :lol:
 
Our defense sucks! I don't know what's worse our D or our receivers?
 
And we're supposed to be "better" than last year's team. Yeah right. Lets hope they ditch Ginn and co, and revamp this defense.
 
No, we're a slightly above average team that is decimated by injuries.

Still no excuse for losing to a bad Buffalo team with even more injuries than us.
