Andrew Luck is as good as ours! Chiefs were one of our biggest competitors but luckily for us, they won! I cannot see the Vikings going 0-16 (Plus they took a QB with the 12th pick). AP and that defense will get them at least 2 wins. Tavares Jackson and the Seahawks have been steadily improving and will get to atleast 4 wins (especially in that division), Rams already have Bradford, Bengals are already better than the Browns and the Browns seem okay with McCoy, Harbaugh's boys over in San Fran already have more wins then the Dolphins will have all season (3), the Broncos are looking bad but they play the Chiefs twice and the Vikings, plus for some reason I dont see them as nearly as bad as us, which leaves us to the stinkin' Colts. They play the Chiefs, the Bengals, the Jags twice, the Panthers.. Maybe 2 wins? (I hope)
As for the Fins, only chance I see us winning is against the Broncos but we're playing at home and we all know how that goes, the Chiefs in Arrowhead is never fun-plus as bad as Cassel has played this year, he's gonna torch us and thats pretty much it... Maybe the Raiders. But the race for Luck is almost as exciting to me as the race to the playoffs (sad I know, but this is what it's like in the life of a Dolphin fan)

I know.. I see 2 wins.. The Broncos and the Chiefs. The Vikings have actually put together good 1st halves so I'll say they'll eventually get over the hump and win 4 or 5 games. The Chiefs @ Indy game will be a thing of beauty next week. I'm hoping the Colts win and then the Chiefs beat us which would put us in sole possesion of 1st place in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes (or the NFL's worst team)

I'm not going for 0-16. I want to see these players compete and win some games. Good free agent talent and coaches do not come to losing organizations (especially 0-16) unless you seriously overpay for them. On top of that, losing creates a culture and atmosphere than can take years to get rid of, something we are currently in.

Seriously though, imagine us losing to the Broncos at home? You gotta think Sparano gets fired after that. Or maybe it'll be in 2 weeks when the Jets decimate us on National television embarrassing Ross

we will have to earn it. the colts will give us a run for our money. they are starting curtis painter tomorrow. nuff said

Miami is going to go 12-4. Just a little bit of comic relief. I am enjoying every minute of watching the jets get spanked tonight.

Offensively,we have the pieces, we dont really need much in the way of Free Agents... Imagine Luck throwing to Marshall (although he played horribly today, dude can play), Bess and company, with DT running it strong out of the backfield.. Thats a well balanced offense.. We just need a Right Tackle.. As far as defense, switch to a 4-3 and hope for the best

i'd seriously cry if after all the glorious years of Manning in Indianapolis, they get lucky enough to draft the second coming of, well, Manning himself. Man, indy doesnt realize that this Manning injury is actually a blessing in disguise

I agree. With the right coaching in place, this team can be good. We definitely have the pieces for Luck. It's won't be hard to upgrade the offensive line since it can't be any worse... right?

Thats an extremely valid argument BUT thats assuming we have the players/coaches still around next season. One would hope that we go 1-15 or 2-14, get Andrew Luck and get rid of people that contributed to our awful play these past few years. Get rid of Sporano and his goons, get rid of some lazy players, get a coach that is popular and players respect (Cowher, Fisher) even if you have to overpay the **** out of those coaches. You do these things then we can have a very short rebuilding period and be ready to compete in Andrew Lucks sophomore season. No reason to think that players wouldn't want to come to Miami even if we go 0-16. This franchise is still respected and if the Lions can bounce back and become a good team after picking well in the draft, so can we.
