his measurables scream day 2 or udfa (small frame, not a cannon arm, etc.) and the spread offense if a tough one to judge qbs in b/c it's full of three step drops w/o much pressure. he is a solid college qb and puts up good numbers, but i'm not sure that he would translate well to the league.

And yes, Im a Penn State fan and I watch as many big10 games as I can and I have followed the kid over the last 2 years.
