Hire Gailey, Cam or Moran to a 3 year deal and bring Mike Shula in as an offensive coordinator. What do you all think? Can Mike make it as a HC? Get his feet wet a couple years than promote him according to how he runs the offense.

I agree with you, but since we waited this long, 5 days can be the difference between 3 years, same situation or long term coach. Problem is what you are saying, the guys hiring need to hire a the best guy and on to getting some more talent.

how many of you were adamant about drafting Brodie Croyle last year and now are viciously opposed to hiring Mike Shula?

I'd maybe consider Mike S for QB coach, PR, or Personnel but not OC or HC.

I think we should wait until after the Colts/Pats game. There is a guy I like for HC on both coaching staffs. No matter who wins, one of them will be available, if he is interested. I list my top 10 candidates on this thread:
