Ii think Flynn would push Henne for the starting job. He would either beat him out or make Henne play harder i say make the trade probably get him cheap

The Packers will hold on to him this year then demand a Kolb like trade next year.

He started ONE GAME this year. If QBs could be judged based upon one good game, Henne would be considered an elite QB.

While you're at it, you might as well snag Caleb Hanie.

I like Flynn. But I would say that the team should give Moore a chance. They brought him in and yesterday was his first day. At least give him one to two preseason games.

GB wants first rounder i believe. read a blip yesterday. stop this nonsense allready

watched 2 mins of that flynn video and saw he was only under center 2 times in like 15 plays they were running a college style offense no?

Flynn would be good to come in as competition, but not for a first round or any high pick for that matter that the Packers are looking for. I wanna see what Moore and Devlin can do to push for the starting job before giving away draft picks.

Bingo - Flynn has looked very good with limited opportunities, but Green Bay will be like the Eagles and polish him up for a high draft pick.

Flynn is a very, very good QB. He would be better for us than Henne simply because he is much more intelligent and makes much better reads. Is he worth a 1st or 2nd? Heck no. But you guys thinking he would not immediately challenge Henne to start are crazy.

Flynn is going to start for somebody next year.

Just read an article on Matt Flynn. His contract is up at the end of this season, so trading him next year isn't really an option for the Packers unless they are going to pay a lot of money to resign him first. The article pretty much said that they are hoping he has a really good camp this year and they may look to trade him for some very high draft picks. Unless he falls flat on his face at some point this year, he is going to get a lot of interest next offseason. Packers want to be able to get something for him before that happens.

As far as the Dolphins are concerned, I don't think they need him. He hasn't really proven all that much. He looked great, but he had very limited time last season. Don't want to grab him, then have it not work out. I truly believe in Chad Henne, but I also feel that Matt Moore is a decent quarterback. I think we can win with either. They have to give Henne a shot this year. They can't play this game every year. If they bring someone in now, then what? If it doesn't work out, we are in this position again next year. Will Henne be the man? Not sure, but this is the year that the Dolphins HAVE to find out. Sink or swim time, but they have to let him take some chances. I think Daboll is the right guy to do that. I think he and the Dolphins will have a great year, and if not, there will be a ton of good prospects coming out of college next year...

Just my 2 cents...

Green Bay has been the master of that move for a long time, way before the Eagles ever did it. Aaron Brooks and Matt Hasselbeck are two of their more notable trades that they got a lot of picks for.

If you've got an organization that knows how to develop QBs to the point where you can "showcase" them without displaying their flaws you can make a killing in draft picks. Green Bay is one of the best in the league at it.

Notice how they never traded Aaron Rodgers....You don't trade the franchise QBs, you trade the not so good ones.

I think people want someone who is proven. They dont want a guy who started one game against a defense that was average last year. Not to mention he looked good because the Packers are a very good team top too bottom. I dont think giving away a draft pick for a guy who has not played in more games that mattered.
