What would you guys think of signing Ty Law I dont think he has signed anywhere yet or has announced his reitrement.

I think if we could get him at a good price with some incentive laden contract it would be worth it to help out our secondary

Maybe if it was March. Its too late now, barring injury. Ty's a well above average corner with great ball skills, but we signed Will Allen. He's become kind of a mercinery, he's looking at a one year deal for the most amount of money he can get. For the last couple of years he's been playing solely for the money. Were better off with Poole and Daniels on the field, for the future of our defense.

Well, you do have a valid point, in that he has just been playing for meoney recently, I think with it getting closer to pre season and not too many offers rolling in, that his paycheck will just keep dropping. Also I dont think it could hurt having another vet in the secondary even just too help out our young guys even if it is just a one year deal

If we get him cheap like at the beginning of the season i would take him but for right now hes asking way too much and hes getting kind of old so no until he comes down in price

i dont think we are really in the picture nemore, last i heard it was between the patriots chiefs titans and sea hawks.....i have a bad feeling though that the pats will land him but its ok hes not worth the money and the only reason he had that many picks last year was becase teams were passing all the time against the jets, it was a very overrated stat though i would say he had one nice pick for a td against the pats

He's been having an on-again off-again love affair with the Chiefs for some time now. That's where he will most likely end up.

hes asking for way to much.if he went down for his price we would probably go after him.if we got him our secondary would be so much more dangerous.i think this is a move that the fins have to take.we have a strong line,linbacker corps but our secondary is really young.we need a vet like ty law to come in here and help dominate
