They show up, at home looking disinterested, lethargic, listless, and completely unprepared. Aside from Landry, there is no fire, urgency or passion akin to the personality of our fearless leader, Philbin. Shouldn't take a genius, which Ross is not, to realize people need to be fired.
I understand it would be hard to fight along side and for a guy like Philbin but shouldn't these professional athletes be able to find other external motivation such as personal pride, the money they make or at least the love of the game. To me, pride and money would be more than enough to at least put forth effort.
Side questions, how do we keep trotting out dallas thomas and is there really no other backup option on the face of planet Earth than jason fox?
