What are the scenarios keeping us out of the playoffs?

I know if Denver loses, we're in. But if they beat the Chiefs, what needs to happen in Week 17 for us to get in?

Denver's chances next week against Oakland just got a bit easier as it appears Carr just suffered a significant leg injury. Hope the Chiefs can pull it out tomorrow!
