What can Ricky do to be forgivin by us?

Like most Dolphin fans,I hate Ricky for his retirement and smoking.
I also don't think he is a thug or a bad person.At the same time I don't
trust him.But,when Ricky's head is in the game,his talent is hard to overlook.
So what would it take Dolphin fans,to forgive Ricky?Some scenerio,where
Ronnie gets hurt,AGAIN,and Ricky rushes for 1800?a rushing title?or
team MVP?League MVP? What would it take for forgivness?

What can Ricky do to be forgiven???? NOTHING. he DOESN'T need to be forgiven. you want to look for someone to blame for the troubles of the franchise??? Go blame Dave Wandstedt! Give up the Ricky bull****. So what he didnt want to play for a ****ty team......look at Taylor this year....can you blame either of them??? I'm sure you will be kissing Ricky's *** and singing his praises the second he has the ball in his hand again!!

If Parcells is cool with it (and funny enough EVERY other coach we have had has been cooll with him too) I'm cool with it. SABAN LOVED the guy, Brown liked playing with him even....players seemed pretty happy to have him back last year as well...... let the Ricky **** rest!!! HE DOESN"T OWE US ANYTHING!!! JUST BE HAPPY YOU GET TO SEE SUCH A TALENTED RUNNING BACK - RUNNING THE BALL FOR THE DOLPHINS!! besides we aren't stupid enough to think that Ricky is the reason we win (which seemed to be Dave Wandstedt problem - which I think led to Ricky's problem...it's even been documented - ricky's attitude after our loss in the snow in New England just prior to the positve test). Since Ricky is now just a piece of the puzzle - part of the TEAM. I don't think we are gonna have anymore problems with the guy! Let's just hope we get 3 good seasons or so out of him! RUN RICKY RUN!!!!
 
go back in time, tell his younger self to not smoke pot and retire, and give us our 2004 season back.

He has proven himself to be completely unreliable, so there is nothing he can do.

So your logic is that Wanny made the team crappy, so that gave Ricky the right to quit on the team on the eve of training camp? How about the other failed drug tests. Or his 4 children out of wedlock?

All Ricky cares about is Ricky. He's a charming fellow, who most people generally like. But he's a selfish jerk who CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!

whats it take for his forgiveness? who cares man, ricky williams lives his own life. if he wants to retire early, or smoke pot and waste his talent or whatever....thats his choice. im happy just as long as he hits the field. how can u be mad at a guy for just living his life? its not like he hurt anybody phsically!!
 
afishfan you got it right. Ricky abandoned the dolphuns but so what. He Doesn't own any fan anything. Maybe his teammates an apology. The Dolphin franchise some $.

Wanny ran him into the ground in 04&05 where he got close to 800 carries in two years.
