What Concerns Me The Most

Yes, it's obvious Philbin is a dud and needs to go. Same for Coyle. Probably Hickey and/or Tannenbaum as well. But does anyone remember how much trouble we had hiring a GM 2 years ago? How many people said no to us? Hickey was what, our 5th choice? 6th? All the top candidates have been avoiding Miami like the plague the last few years. They were turned off by our confusing front office organizational clusterf*ck, no one could understand who reported to who, or how Dawn Aponte fit in, or who was who's direct boss, etc. We can get players to come here because we can back up the Brink's truck, but top front office people know coming to Miami under Ross could be career suicide. My fear is that Ross = Daniel Snyder and we are the Redskins and neither franchise will ever do anything until they have an owner who can attract top football people.

All the good candidates wanted full control, and Ross wouldnt give it up. Blame Ross.

I still fully support Tannenbaum and Hickey. I blame coaching, and past Decisions from Ireland.

I'm not too keen on Tannenbaum. He never accomplished anything anywhere. If he were gone, oh well.

Ross needs to decide which football person he wants to run his team, then go all in and give that person the keys to the kingdom. Give that person full control and then get out of the way. Someone else was saying earlier that every new person that comes on has leftovers from previous regimes forced upon them. He needs to give someone a clean slate to work with rather than tying their hands.

It seems he's been desperate to win every since he bought the team, and desperation is NOT the way to run an NFL team.
