As long as Herman stays as HC, I think he stays with Penny. They have a ton of cap money invested in the kid, and will give him ONE more year to try and stay healthy through a season. I think Chad will never be the same, after the multiple shoulder surgeries, but that's the Jets problem.
Texans? Probably stay with Carr, or we could grab him and spend the first round pick on the OL or maybe a CB.
Cards? So many needs, they might grab Bush to get a running game and make due with Warner and McCown for another year.
Titans? They do need a QB, McNair might be done after this season, or after 2006 which means they need to groom a rookie QB soon.
Ravens? Do they give Kyle Boller one more year to develop? Depends on how he does the rest of this season. A vet FA QB might be better for a team that is ready to make a run.
Packers? They got Rodgers, so I think they will be after Bush or some defensive help.
Lions? They need a QB. Harrington might be a good #2 QB for some team.
Browns? Yeah, they need to replace Dilfer soon. Or is Frye good enough?
I would say Cards and/or Titans will be picking ahead of the Phins, and need a QB. Too soon to see how it all turns out, but whether drafting a QB, or getting a FA QB, the Phins need to step up and try to get a franchise QB.
Along with most fans, I am SO TIRED of these marginal or worse QBs and want a real leader/playmaker for Miami.
