some dude was just on making those making those well respected predictions I didnt catch his name but he was predicting the following teams to have a real bad season.

cleveland 3-13

Oakland 6-10

Miami 4- 12

Bills 5-11

tampa bay 5 -11


he was baing this on our inability to throw the deep ball and penny not staying healthy ..

can we just change the name of our division to Tom Brady's divison .

moreover they should change the name of espn to K,N,A,C (no nothing *** clowns )

this is why I was wanting a big name wr to help us put those clowns back in their place.

by the way why didnt espn have a report from dolphins camp like they did the afc east rivials ?
 
LoL CHad not being healthy is a valid concern.

im sure this board would love for him to go down tho..they can get the messiah Henne in there to get his time.

THe "noodle arm" crap is b.s. though. If Penny stays healthy this year, we will get respect next season trust me.

BTW i have been watchin oldd games and i gotta tell u we were just a dominant front running team for so many decades, and ESPN and every announcer gave us ALOT of respect.

Now u tell me, as soon as the pats start fading away that u wont always just bad mouth them for a while just to finally stick a fork in them. We were great for so long, and we frankly have not been good for a while now, they just dont care b/c we have not been relevant we must earn respect, and we will. They gave Sean smith props recently and the more we do the more props we'll get. Pennington is a top teir QB i dont care what neone says. If he cant stay healthy hes done for good. but if he can, then all the stats and recognition ppl have been leaving out about him will all be lumped back into why hes so good after this season...we will see....if we got 4-12 that is horrible. B/C forget a schedule. if we are a good team who is making strides tthan having that bad of a season is a huge blow. we will not just revert back to absurdity. what pisses me off is that they think we are not just going to struggle with this schedule but they are in essence saying that we are a mediocre team that got tottally lucky last year. we will go 8-8 to 11-5 somewhere in there that is my prediction. Next season we will truely contend b/c we'll make our bones this season. and once we prove we can knock around some "top tier" teams then we will get respected in the media (i am pretty sure alotta the nfl does already respect us, the media is corny)
 
New England has a destroyed defense and question mark about Tom Brady's mobility. They shouldn't worry anyone until proven otherwise.
 
OK, people might think I'm nuts, but this is really why I think that ESPN does not like the Miami Dolphins. When ESPN started the two main guys were Chris Berman and Bob Lee. I think that Lee and Berman originally had an ownership stake in the company. I don't know about Lee, but Berman is a life long Bills fan. Couple that with the fact that ESPN is headquartered in Bristol, Connecticut(Pat's country) and you have all the the info to understand why the Phins get slighted by the company. Just my take. Remember conspiracies lurk everywhere, you just have to believe.:up:

Tell you what, this board is full of Rodney Dangerfields. Always whining about getting 'NO RESPECT'

If people don't like ESPN, why watch? I watch for the news, and the opinions. But I don't whine when I don't get the finheaven echo chamber news.

Knowing that Dolphins fans watch ESPN, why would ESPN continue to employ men and women who are biased against the Dolphins though? If what you are saying is true, this is what I don't understand about the arguement that ESPN is biased.
 
i swear to god we do not go 4-12. i did not hear them actually say that, but if they did say that i would love to be able to get the person who said that phone number and bet him anything he would like to. that is just pure ridiculious. we are a very solid team and there is no way in hell unless we end up with like 15 starters on the ir that we will go 4-12. im feeling more like 11-5 12-4.

Oohh.. now i remember.. i canceled that 1...2.....10 years ago.

Did they change their name to BSPN yet? It really is a MUCH better fit.

I suggest you goto Vegas or w/e bookmaker and put your money down. You would make a killing since they are predicting 7-9, 8-8, depending on the book.
 
Hey as long as they eat crow and we get to serve it it sounds like fun to me!
