Well you would think "not much" when you look at the records.

Fins 6-10 and the Patriots 13-3 and headed to the AFC Championship game.

But if you look at the results you will find that neither team beat another team that finished with a winning record.

In fact last week in the playoffs when the Patriots beat Denver (9-8) was the 1st win over a winning team for the Patriots.

The 2 winning teams that they did play (Giants and Steelers) they were beaten and held to 20 points or less.

What does this mean? It could mean nothing.

It should be noted that the patriots did beat 6 different 8-8 teams including the jets twice.

Ravens on the other hand are 7-0 vs winning teams including 2 wins over pittsburg, cincinnati and Houston, and a win vs 49ers.

How do the compare against teams without a winning record?

well since they lost the only two games they played against winning teams the math is pretty simple.

The patriots were 13-1 vs non-winning teams. Maimi was 0-4 vs winning teams and 6-6 vs non-winning teams.

Big difference there. but the thread wasn't really trying to compare the Fins and the Pats but show some stats that lead into comparing the ravens and the pats.

Hopefully the Raven's put it to them this week.
