i like the off that the chargers run he doesn't pass deep alot but with his play callin n the formations he runs it would be good for are team i think

I think you've got Rivera confused with Cameron. Rivera is the defensive coordinator for the Bears, Cameron is off. coordinator with Chargers.

FWIW, I think Rivera will be a good head coach, I guess I"m leaning towards an offensive-minded guy in Miami.

i like us to see if we can get either cameron or mike martz 1st and of that doesnt go over so well then get rex ryan def cord of the ravens..im not a huge fan of rivera...there defense has gotten llit up the last month and i doubt they will even will there 1st rd playoff game whoever they play...

I don't think Rivera being a D coordinator is an issue. It all depends on the O coordinator.
Brian Billick was an O coordinator and what is the strength of the Ravens? Defense

Rivera should be good. However, I rooting for an Offensive minded coach.

If we took a defensive coach what are the prospects for OC?

Rivera seems like one of the top 2 or 3 coordinators available

I hope the guy we want doesn't chose a different team over us. Ron Rivera would be okay with me as long as he doesn't keep Mularkey. That being said maybe Mularkey would be a different coach with out Nick looking over his shoulder.

While i'm all for seeing an offensive guy brought in also. The person i WANT is Ron Rivera. I really think he's going to be a very good head coach in the pro's, and i think he's going to be the architect of some really solid NFL defenses in the future. If he comes here.....then it will be our defense he does a solid job with. And i know our defense is already very good, but i'm talking about being turned into a turnover forcing unstoppable feared machine.

Or at least.....i can dream ;)

I agree that Rivera will make a good HC, I don't think he's ready yet to accept that responsibility, give him another year or two as DC and he'll be ready.
