Guys,
I know Bree's was asking for a lot of money. But if you guys think Pep is a better QB then why wouldnt he be asking for more money. I am a little worried about how much he is gonna be asking for. I am guessing Saban has already worried about this enough and i trust him. I am just not sold on Pep yet. I have never really like him and i HATE his arm rollin thing.

Anyway, one more ?. Do you guys see anybody that plays like Troy Polamalu in the draft. I would give up a lot of picks to have a guy like that and i am pretty sure the middle of the first round is about the time he was drafted.

He doesn't have a choice how much he gets paid, he was acquired in a trade, not through free agency. Granted he was bitching about his contract in Minnesota so heh might try to pull some garbage sitting out or something, but technically his contract is set for the next several years.

That makes at least two of us, he needs to leave that move in Minnesota.

I see, thanks man. One ? though. If we honor that then we are going to have to honor that 6 million dollar roster bonus he is due. That wouldnt be a good thing. And if i remember correctly his old contract was pretty big.

Yes, we would be liable for all bonuses. That's why this trade didn't make sense. Culpepper's 10-year 100-million dollar contract (which he is a few years into) when you include the bonuses will cost us as much as Brees would have, but with Brees we wouldn't have had to give up the 2nd round pick.

restructure....restructure and more restructuring and guess wha....DRAFT a QB anyway

i wish miami was as rich as the skins

Hate the arm roll as well

Here is another question, how do you think he will look in a fin uniform? I think the helmet will be small and just look weird.

Wanted a Brees but happy with some Pepper.
