What do you guys think this team needs.

What do you guys think this team needs more then anything? It can be a player a coach anything. So what do you guys think this team needs to win? I think we need some improvements on some postions and the thinkg we need more then anything is good work ethic. I think with good work ethic and with good work ethic comes more talent and with more talent comes wins. And 1-15 does equal good work ethic.
 
I think we need a Good #1 CB will allen is good but he isnt #1 and A good Back up for Beck that will turn out to be great
 
well we got Parcells and he is getting the guys around him that he wants and Sparano want... and i fully trust that!!!

We basically need everything but RB's!!!

QB- I am totally about getting Beck a chance still to develop, but draft a QB late 2-4 rounds.... need someone else that we can develop with in case Beck honestly doesnt work out. Flacco, Henne..... Dixon if really low???

WR- god... not sure if this is the year to draft one, but if Jordy Nelson falls low... he's a guy i wouldnt mind drafting. otherwise FA is the way to go i think for this position.

TE- need one badly... definitely a decent amount to go with in this draft

OL- i like our line most part... have we signed Hadnot back yet??? BUT... we definitely need a Tackle... definitely need to draft one somewhere that can come play!!!

DL- if we are going 3-4, we lost Taylor here, and have nothing good or any depth really. #1 pick.... hmmmmm, interesting!!! Dorsey, Long... even Ellis???

LB- it be nice to draft some here, but we even need the other positions more i think. my late rounder would be DE Tommy Blake, whom we could move to OLB or even play him DE on passing downs or what not... possabilities!!!

CB/S- one of each at least... safeties though doesnt seem to deep in the draft this year so i really dont trust it. CB, just snag one thats a stand out!!! at least we get our secondary back for most part from injury woes this past season had on us.


all in all: Draft me.... i got two HHFL championships.... I QB my team to victories baby!!!
 
Our Dolphins need what every bad team needs:

Motivation, Toughness, Football IQ, Proper Coaching, Talent Consistency.

There are reasons why the Cardinals and Lions and Falcons are perenially crappy....


To put it another way, there are reason why UDFA Tony Romo is in the Pro Bowl, and it has little to do with Drafting well.

well in the case of the Lions, they supposedly had a couple great drafts that turned out not so great. Look at the players they got from 03-05. Supposedly great drafts... not so much.

Cardinals were bad for awhile due to the Bidwells cheapness. He'd hire guys no where near ready (Brian Lawrence) or retreads (Denny Green) and those guys put together some poor coaching staffs. They've always had good draft classes, but poor coaching staffs (some many considered Calvin Pace a bust, and while he was never great, he had a good year his first year at LB). Falcons were built around Vick, and that's what killed them. What's killed us is the incompetence of one regime(Wanny/Spielman), a horrible PR regime (Saban), and a regime the players hated and didn't respect (RanCam).

Honestly the reason I'm a bit more optimistic about our team is because Sparano/Tuna/Ireland all know who they want on the coaching staff, and what type of player they want, and well as what coaches they want (some say it's unfair, but what coaches don't bring in their own guys whether from their former team or guys with similar views?)
 
This team needs everything minus running back,if our new coaches get Ronnie a good partner back there,i think we're set. i also think we're set at Center with Satele,the rest of the O-Line,we need improvement on. but as i said,i think we need help&improvement everywhere,so we'll all see what happens.
 
I think our O-line did good this year blocking for Ronnie and the other back but we do need to improve there
 
i agree with out O-Line, pretty solid.... i love Hadnot hope we sign him back. i think we are missing a tackle though... Carrey yes, but nobody else really.
 
We need consitancy first and formost, and the team also has to settle on a QB. I think that we also need to let Parcells and Ireland do their thing.
 
were missing an identity that hes'nt been here in 35 years.

young, fast, physical and nasty, thats what i want. and the only way a team playing in this town will be sucessful is if they cop one.
