Since we are in the draft mood, I wonder how you guys would like it if the draft went like this. This is what I am hoping for.
Round 1 - CB Leon Hall
Despite his little mistake in the Rose Bowl, he is still a great cornerback prospect. And we do need a good corner. Leon Hall would provide a great boost to a secondary that has Jason Allen, Yeremiah Bell, Renaldo Hill, Will Allen, and Travis Daniels.
Round 2 - DE Jarvis Moss
Jarvis Moss fits the mold of Jason Taylor. He's tall at 6'6" and he has been a key player in a dominating Gators' defense, being one of the reasons that the Ohio State's offense has been practically neutralized. He is also has good speed, running a 4.60.
Round 3 - NT Paul Soliai
A true Nose Tackle, this former offensive guard has been a dominant force on the Utes' defensive front, and tore it up at the Shrine Game.
Round 4 - WR Paul Williams
He is a bit of a project. He has been considered an underacheiver. But he has a few things that make him intriguing. He has very good jumping ability, he has speed that can just kill a defensive back, he has solid hands, and also has a lot of upside.
Round 6 - OT Dane Uperesa
As part of a surprising Hawai'i team, he has height, weight, and enough versatility to play Guard (which the reason why I am we get him).
Round 7 - QB Jared Zabransky
Why not, he put on a great performance in what is definitely one the most shocking and surprsing Bowl games in history. Plus it will give us that developmental third quarterback.
