What Do you think? Palm Beach Post Article

Thanks, for the link...

Some of those fans don't have a clue on the situation, and some are of course win at no cost to team morale. There will be hard feelings in the locker room, no matter what the players stories are to the media.

I think the article was written or thought of by a NY loving bills and jets fan. Just like most of the articles in south florida it had to try to breed some controversy and try to break up team moral. I hate the Post and the Sentinal, they are always pecamistic regarding the dolphins and are a constant thorn in the side of the team.

As far as Ricky goes. I am for doing what's best to help the team win now and in the future. So weather he comes back and spends one year with us running over people then gets traded for a draft pick or two great. Or if he comes back and stays for several seasons and extends the life of our future star Ronnie Brown I don't think the team can lose with his return so anyone who is immature enough to hold a grudge enough to not welcome him back is simply not a true fan of the best franchise in professional sports.

Really this shouldn't even be a topic of discussion, grow up, move on, and look forward to our most promising season in YEARS!!! GO PHINS........:)

I know J.T and Zach were the ones who took it the hardest. At least publicly they did. It will be interesting to see how those guys handle it.

There was another article about R.W from Micheal Irvin's point of view. He said if he is honest the fans will rally behind him. Irvin confronted his problems head on without running away.

I honestly think, Zach's opinion was based on JT's opinion rather then his own.
I think JT hated what Ricky did more then anybody. JT has said he's OK with Ricky's return, and I think JT knows Saban isn't DW and Saban won't allow Ricky to come in and be a distraction. The thing with Saban is he will do what it takes to win and if that means bringing Ricky back then thats what he will do. Everyone seems to think Ricky will carry the same roll and responsibilty as he did when he quit. Well that won't happen Ricky will be a part of the machine not the only part of the machine.

We have already seen Saban's ability to add quality depth to this team and thats what Ricky will be, whats that do for the team?? Well we now have the second overall pick in the draft in the backfield and our future and if Ricky returns he brings the ability to dominate at the highest level. Thats it,thats all. Name another team in the AFC east that could field a backfield with as much potential. I don't give a rats behind what happend in the past we are moving forward and if Ricky comes back fine, if he doesn't fine, we will be a much better team reguardless. People need to understand that no matter what our personal feelings or opinions are we have absolutley no control whatsoever on the team or players we have, so roll with the punches and support the team.

Crying about how much you (not singling out anyone) hate Ricky will change nothing. BTW, we still have 50+ other players on the team when the season starts lets spend a littler more time thinking about what they bring to the team and stop worrying about what Ricky will or won't do, enough is enough.

Yup, I agree. some of the fans don't have a clue. I read one response where the guy suggested Ronnie at fullback and Rick at running back.

Thanks, for the link, and I too thought it was good reading...

One thing I did noticed is that Irving suggest that if RW apologizes to the team and team mates the fans will forgive him. I believe the majority will, BUT, he (RW) has not said a word to the media about that, and I guess will have to wait till he is in camp to find out...

Anyways Ricky will have a tough year ahead of him, which does not bode well with his social disorder...

No problem dude. I think Irvin is right, if r.w comes out and explaines everything honestly. I think the fans will have some closure and move on. But you're right, he has done nothing so far of that nature.
