Would you prefer alot of heart and good skills or OK heart and great skills? It just seems trying to fined both is getting to be very hard in one player!!
It depends on the position... some positions like wr there are plays where you don't have to go all out because the play will be no where near you.. here I think you go for the talent.. other positions like MLB or OL you need players with heart that are gonna try every single down.
