What ever happened to waiting until YEAR 3

Well, to be honest. We did too well last year and now it hurts more to see us fall this year. We also show signs of key players doing worse than last year. Bess, Ginn, Fasano, etc.. They should be improving, not dropping and fumbling.
 
Well I guess the next GM, Coach and QB will get 1 3/4 year to prove them Selfs. Go Fins

Pretty sure I would do back flips in the back yard with happyness if that happened. No superbowl complaining here.
 
I just don't like when people are Hypocrites. They say after we fire Cameron that "oh the next GM, Coach and QB will get 2-3 years" and they were ready to wave the white flag and fire everyone last year when we started 2-4. oh and by the way that would make 6 head Coach's since 2004. Wanny, Bates, Saban, Cameron, Sparano and the new Coach.

I have heard some on here say that people need to be fired and that is the only solution. I think we need this team to be motivated, but changing the main players in the f.o. or coaching staff would only send us back a few years again. I think coaches and players need to take the current status for what it is and figure out a way to win. Desire and motivation will win more games than big paychecks.
 
Can we really afford to wait ? our division isnt going to wait on us. we cant afford to let the Bills and jets both pass by . In the perfect world we should alow 4 years but we did that with wanny and the pats won 3 superbowls and they did it by going for the gusto and bringing in Moss Welker and who ever else that helped them.

most importantly is draft better players .
and use free agency to address the needs .
the point of this thread probally is more to the fact our afc east rivials have gotten better and we have truthfully have regressed in some areas.

the injury bug I will grant you isnt Sporano's fault . what I am angry about is the passive aproach to bringing in players which was Wannys down fall too is what concerns me . to win the big game you have to have firepower on both sides of the ball.


I thought Sporano was sparano sorry for the error.

Do you seriously expect your posts to be taken seriously when you cant even spell the name of the head coach of the team you are a fan of?
 
Agreed, some losses have hurt but my mind does not go to Fireing EVERYONE as soon as they have a bad loss...
