I thought they were supposed to get the list down to about 5 candidates for a second round of interviews. I have only seen a list of 3 so far, Mora Jr., Gailey, and Schottenheimer. I know Schottenheimer has pulled out now, but where are the other 2 candidates? I wouldn't mind seeing Cameron, Rivera, or Tomlin have another interview.

I still can't believe many of you are believing the smoke screen being produced in Davie.
The real search is being personally conducted by Wayne. This whoey being performed in Davie is the "backup" plan.
Wayne wants to have one more "go" with the "all powerful" figurehead approach. If he can't convince Pete, very unlikely, then he'll blow up the current power structure and start running the team like a corporation. Breaking up power between GM and HC.
