Yeah ok. Assuming it's true. Perhaps others have the same sneaky plan.
In other words forget it. I believe Grier even mentioned in his PC the other day they won't be taking a QB in round 1.
I feel very confident that we are not.

There's zero chance that a coach and GM on the hotseat are taking Sanders when we are financially committed to Tua for two more years.

I have an idea. Trade Tua and 13 to Cleveland for number 2.
Draft "not Sanders" and take Carter then draft Milroe, Dart, fill in the blank at 48 and we roll with Zach "not Thomas" Wilson on opening day.
Sounds like it's very plausible no?

Next year’s QB class will make this one look like the JV bowl so I’m fine with waiting a year on QB.
I really think Sanders might be special like his father, but I’d probably pass at 13 unless we really aren’t trying to win this season.

Hope not...We have way too many needs, yet also too many talented players to waste a pick on a position we might already have good enough talent for.
People not expecting much from the Dolphins, I can see their point, and understand, but you fix the O-line, and bring enough talent to help turn.the Defense to be a bit more consistent when it matters, there is no line of success that Miami might not reach in 2025 if McD is more 2023, and less 2024.
Too early too tell. Preseason last year many had guys like Carson Beck/Ewers/Milroe along with sander and Ward being first round picks. Think I even saw Drew Allar being tossed around as well. Fast forward and Beck/Allar didn’t come out plus weren’t very good this year, Milroe fell off a cliff and Ewers didn’t wow people either leaving us with just Ward and sanders. Same thing could very well happen next year if Arch doesn’t come out, Nico Iamaleava was supposed to be a potential high pick but with him transferring along with him not looking all that great last year who knows, some others but they can just as easily Milroe it. Also have to factor in QBs staying simply because they don’t like the teams at the top of the draft. Due to NIL deals QBs can stay and still make millions. Mannings would of done it if it was an option in 2004 with Eli as he didn’t want to go to San Diego.

Ignore all of the QBs until at least R4. Not sold on Ward, Sanders, Dart, or Milroe to use an early pick on them. This isn’t the year to draft a QB early
