What if Wayne was not really sorry to see Saban leave?

Perhaps he was just going through the motions to see what Nick would do. Maybe now he is saying to himself:

"You know, I'm sure glad Alabama called and took Nick off my hands. That just saves me from having to fire him. I like the guy and all, but it's just not working out here. Why, I can work this whole thing to my advantage. I will come out looking like a great guy and Nick will look like the bad guy. There's no way I can lose in this situation! Nick will get what he wants and I get a new coach that can finally get us moving in the right direction! I can't believe how lucky I am...."

Now if he could only figure out our QB situation!! I know, how about the magic 8 ball!!!

i don't care about Nick he is a liar and took us no where this year so let him leave who cares i know i don't

Maybe Mueller will do the right thing...and actually DRAFT a qb this year. Hell, I wouldnt be past taking Brohm if hes available. The guy is awesome.

But if you want to fix the QB position, dont try and fix it with people who are broken.

I bet deep down inside, WH is glad he doesnt have to pay Saban the remainder of his contract. He clearly wasn't worth it.
