What in you point of view should be done to help Moore suceed at QB

I think he will do well.

The main things they can do to help him is to make him compete for the job and to decide early on who the starter is so that they can get the maximum amount of reps. I want to see which rookie QB we get. I think this will be the deciding factor obviously on what happens.
 
Hopefully Philbin is a good coach cause that should help him out a lot. Releasing Colombo and getting at least a number one receiver also.
 
First thing get rid of the diva at receiver who take's a jab at his current QB at the probowl and like's to beat women! Oh wait we did that.

2 (3rds) equal a second which is what we gave up for Marshall in the first place. Ireland got the additional second round pick back in the draft.
 
There's no better gift to a QB than a dynamic pass catching TE.

I was just watching some highlights and I will tell you one thing that would be such an upgrade to everyone and that is RG. Namely getting Decastro would be huge IMO. His pulling ability and to go up the hole and drill his guy backwards is huge. Just watching the slow footed Carey and he was near useless to Bush. DEcastro would spring Bush free on a lot of big gainers IMO. The run game helps Moore IMO more than anything because he has a real nice playaction pass.

Aside from that, we need a Tackle to protect the other side.

What we need at WR is good speed but with brains to read the defenses along with Moore. Its not about the big WR name which everyone on this board goes for. Its got to be guys that just get open and know when to hit the hole or keep running. Keeping Moore upright will do wonders. If we cut down 20 sacks, dude would hit more TD's. Got to solidify that OL! Buffalo is upgrading their DL/pass rush. We need to do the same.
 
Accuracy an faster delivery.

If I were Moore I would want an extension and more money. Bet you no one in the NFL would give us a 4th and a 6th round pick and pay us 2.5M in cash for Moore.
 
Protection and dynamic WR's, I think Charles Clay will have a lot of action in Sherman's offense
 
Well, just putting John Jerry at RG and Nate Garner at RT would be an instant improvement over Carey/COlumbo. Adding some depth or more talent to RG/RT spot is a must. I don't think Clyde Gates is going to miraculously turn into a real deep threat so we need to get a WR in here fast. I don't think Braylon Edwards has signed anywhere yet. That guy is a beast and could really thrive in Philbin's system. Charles Clay could be used as our second TE and i look for him to have a big year. I am not sold on Daniel Thomas so perhaps the plan is to let that canadian compete with him for carries. Not sure how that will work out and i would like to see the Phins draft another big bruising running back at some point. SO, my plan:

FA - sign Edwards
Draft - Weeden, RT, RG, RB, WR, TE, WR, OLB, Safety.
