We can argue about the validity of the Draft Value chart but with this pick it won't be relevant.

Dallas has in the past traded a round 2 pick for next years #1

I see us trading the pick for a potential #1 pick next year as long as that pick is protected (is this even allowed). If we traded this pick to Indy for there first next year it would be a dumb trade but would you trade it for the Raiders first next year. This is playing the odds on how a team would do and San Fran was burned by this from New England and even Dallas thought Cleveland's #1 would be higher

Do we trade the 32 to a team for there 2nd this year and #1 next year??

We pray to the lord that Fred Davis is there at #32. If so we take him in a heartbeat.

There will be lots of talent at the # 32 pick, so I think it would have to be worth at least three picks to trade down! At least two second round picks and a thrird round pick!

u do realize the other 2nd round pick we have is gonna be like, 2nd or 3rd to last in the 2nd round? (chargers pick, who are gonna be top 4).

i still think we should offer next year's 1st, for both of Dallas's 1sts this year.

im sure fred davis will be long gone by #32...in that case, ill take Gosder Cherilus for RT. or a DB

Lots of value in the 2nd round.

Some project that Conner OLB, Campbell DE, Groves OLD/DE, Williams OT. Goff ILB, Crable OLB/DE, all will be there. Many more Avery WR 4.28, Henne and Brennan is there maybe even Woodson. Looking for an RB? Slaton, Rice, Jamaal Charles, K. Smith, all there, DT's Pat Sims, Dre Moore, Balmer, Bryant, Okam, and Laws.

We need more picks. That #1 overall could get us at least 4 additional picks, 3 extra in the 2nd, and maybe more in the 3rd and 4th.

I don't think we trade down in the first unless truely flattered by a deal, can;t miss type. I can however see #32 going for a pretty penny if a lot of the guys mentioned above are still available. I would like to see Gholston at No.1 but if we pass, Groves with 32 would be my next best thing. I do however forsee a trade down with 32, not far from the top though, but good enough to land us possibly an extra 3rd and 5th round pick for this year.

okam from texas would be a great pick at 32..he is a good run stopped and fits nicely into a 3-4 defense

We have so many needs that I don't think we can afford to pass up any of our picks, or trade one of our picks this year for something better next year. We have to get as many picks as we can and hopefully bring in guys who can start right away.

yes brother, one of my top five favorite players. after the combine his stock is gonna shoot up into the top 15 IMO

i agree if he isnt we should take Cason if he is still there or the CB from kansas one of them will most likly be there but i hope Fred Davis is there at 32 and i believe he will be

I'm not so sure Talib will be there at 32. Cason is a possibility, but with Talib's size and athleticism, a sub-4.5 40 could shoot him up to the 6-15 range.
