Y'all are crazy lol. Sparano took a team with a 1-15 record to win to division the next year. I like Flores but let's not get crazy about a 5-11 record. That being said the last 3 Dolphins coaches exceeded expectations their first year and then fizzled. Let's hope Flores bucks the trend.
