What is unacceptable from the new coach?

it appears that we will more than likely have current coordinator as our new coach, unless we snag billick or marty at the last minute. looks like our options will be zimmer, mccoy, carmichael, philbin, other,(in no particular order) i was just curious what fans would think would be unacceptable from our new coach.

if we do worse than 6-10 , does he get a pass. if he pulls a cam and we only win 1 or 2 games, do we usher him out the door?
 
Depends on how much roster turnover there is and whether the new coach is starting a rookie QB. The new coach will survive a losing season as long as it isn't 0-2 wins imo. The hope though is that a new coach can put this team in the playoffs next year, because everyone said Sparano was the only thing holding this team back.

The schedule is pretty weak and with the Bills being the Bills, and the Jets imploding, there is a chance this team can have a winning season and make the playoffs if the roster for the most part stays intact.

i dont expect a significant roster change , since it is irelands team and he is going to be making the decision. i think we should expect an improvement from our new coaching staff. qb will be the deal breaker for the new coach. we should be better w/ moore, no exceptions. hopefully we wont have to discuss this next year.
 
settling for FG instead of TD is a problem. not going in for the kill when u have a team on the ropes is a problem. not getting rid of colombo or not fixing the oline is a problem. besides that aslong as he wins more then 2 or 3 games i think he gets a pass

anyone who doesn't like Ozzy or Maiden should not get the gig.....lol.....for me it'd be a coach that thinks what worked 20 years ago would work now....that'd be a no no.
