I don't know how to post a poll. Maybe someone else can do it? When Philbin is fired, what type of coach do you want?
A. An up and coming coordinator
B. A college head coach
C. A former head coach

So many choices
I think it will be Brian Billick!
He was a Super Bowl Winming HC,
Has good rep with Nfl network thru being on tv.
Has good name throughout NFL

Are you not aware of the history with Ross and Brian Billick? There is literally NO CHANCE Billick will even be asked to interview.

A leader of men that will create a positive culture within the building. I also want a guy that give an intellectual advantage in a phase of the game come Sunday's.

A coach with some experience as a HC on any level above High School.
A coach with some experience in the NFL such as a coordinator.
A coach that has shown an proclivity towards excellence at least one phase of his caree.

Finally a coach that would be OK with maintaining the WCO since we seem to finally be assembling a collection of coaches and talent that can reasonably run this.

My names of interest:
Mike Smith(if fired)
Any Harbaugh if available.
David Shaw(though I recognize it would mean a change of focus on offense).
Tony Dungy(has a history with Dennis Hickey)
Gus Malzahn - just too successful to be ignored.

He is such a good coach that no one wants him.

Ross needs to get over himself and get Billick!

What's the obsession with Billick? He hasn't even sniffed a HC job in nearly a decade.

He also made one of the greatest coaching errors of all time that allowed the Dolphins to avoid the fate of a winless season... Thanks Billick! :)

Brian Billick has not been a HC in 8 years!!!
If he is that freaking good why does no one want him.
Dude if that isn't a red flag I don't know what is.

Not to mention that Baltimore Super Bowl Franchise has been an unbelievable treasure trove of Defensive Coaching minds.

Mike Nolan
Rex Ryan
Tom Pettine
Marvin Lewis
Jack Del Rio

Lets get this out of the way.

Billick is not returning to coaching, and you would have to be dumb to want him.
Cowher is not returning to coaching,.
Gruden is not returning to coaching.
