I'm so tired of hearing about what a great owner he is. Why....because he throws money around at people? I just don't get it and it aggravates me all the time (especially lately) hearing about it. I don't care what he did with the Marlins, I care about the Dolphins.

And as far as I'm concerned, he's done next to nothing positive since he's been the owner. All I can remember him doing is bringing in coaches that didn't pan out. And now with this whole 3-ring circus going on....I just don't get it.

He is "hands off" when it comes to the football operations. He has deep pockets, and he's willing to spend whatever takes to build a winner. That's what makes him a good owner.

He's open minded, will do whatever it takes to win, spares no expense and doesn't meddle (sp?). In fact, he's a dream, he's just been a bit unlucky as an NFL owner. But Wayne is probably the best thing this franchise currently has going for it besides it's location...

Does whatever it takes to, what? Have a team that can't make the playoffs and is a joke nationwide?

Because he will spend the money to make this franchise successful, or what "he thinks" will make is successful. Seems like he might want to hand the coach search over to someone with a better track record. But "IF" that can't miss guy was out there, he would go get him. As much as we all hate Saban now, he was that "can't miss guy". Great resume and great coaching roots.

Also, look at what they classify as a bad owner, the notoriously cheap Bidwells in Arizona. A lot of it has to do with money they are willing to spend

But he never Fires anybody. No matter how bad they are. Sheesh, my nephew should get a job with him.

Three reasons.

One, he's hands-off. He allows his coach and GM to run the team as they see fit. Contrast Huizenga with, say, Jerry Jones. Two words: Terrell Owens.

Two, Huizenga provides whatever the coach needs. See the practice bubble.

Three, Huizenga runs the team to win first, make money second. There are plenty of owners out there who own a team simply to make money, and they don't care about winning. (Arthur Blank.) Huizenga wants to make money, but recognizes that the best way to build a long-lasting revenue base is to win. Dolphins fans nationwide are likely fans because of our perfect season and our history of winning under Shula. The Cowboys and Steelers built a national fanbase because of their championship runs.

would you rather have aurthur blank so he could run the coach off every time mike vick has a bad hair day or how about dan snyder he could spend fortunes for a college coach to well okay not so much him but im in there with whole blank thing im just saying he just poured money into the stadium you got to understand mr h is like puff diddy he dont write ryhmes he writes checks
