A top 5 QB, a great OL, a great HC, a great DL, a great secondary, a great supporting coaching staff, a great draft, a great owner, no injuries, a great off season, and perfect luck.

Anything short of a Super Bowl win next year will mean an insufficiency in one or more of those areas, and should be pointed out nonstop in every single thread until Miami wins a Super Bowl.

Did I miss anything? Do I get it now? Leftover Egg Nog is a hellova drug.
 
And I didn’t get the hex wrench set I wanted for Hanukah, so I’m salty Jewa.

Understood. But the reality is that Miami will never know what they needed to be successful until after they actually are successful. I could say they needed better players at any position until they actually won a Super Bowl, and then said I told you so.

It’s a lazy argument.
 
1) Get rid of the weakest most brittle soft QB in NFL history...I told you all that pick would set the franchise back 5+ years....
2) Get a new HC that CAN and WILL show discipline..I do like McD for OC, but he's NOT a HC
3)Load up on OL
4)Load up on Edge Rushers
5)Be strong at CB

so, other than the hyperbole at point 1, do the same thing in the NFL as every other team not currently successful should do?
 
This post was meant to be sarcastic. No one knows what this team needs until the team is actually “successful “, then we can look back and see what it needed.

Literally anyone could say Miami needs better anything until Miami actually contends again.

You missed the cheerleaders. If they aren't on point, everything else falls off!
 
They need a identity where they draft well and they resign there own successful draft picks.Look how are running game sucked without hunt and Jackson.There are other teams that succeed with injury's beçause they have depth.We have draft picks now draft a o'line.And then if there good we will see what we have in Tua in his prime.All the players that Grier and company that have been pro bowl players We lost in free agency.Is because we trade are whole draft stock for a great player.But we give up a entire draft to get that player.And then pay him a Kings ransom and we let are other players go that we drafted and where successful in are current system.
