Sign Alfred Morris. RB Done.
Send 2nd round pick to Denver for Brandon Marshall. LB Done
Draft Eli Apple in the 1st Round of the draft. CB Done.
Draft Best Available Guard in 3rd Round. Guard Done.
Fill Rest of Holes in Draft. Problem Solved.
 
This place would explode if Miami sent another second round draft pick to Denver for Brandon Marshall. That would be a total of three if my math is correct.

We've taken that approach at guard for the last three years and haven't got even close to improving our situation there.

It'll also take more than one rookie to fill our holes at corner. You need 4-5 competent players back there. We have one. And he wasn't particularly competent for a different team last year.
 
Our plan should be get good at drafting, period.
 
even the Pats traded for a guard, gambled big on giving up on Jones, but salary in the future.
Their line was bad too, but at least they are trying
 
This whole off season could have been way better if the FO went out and got some oline.
They didn't have a poker face when they traded for kiko and maxwell.
If they were more patient they could have had them for way less. RB was not an issue for them.
I like our rookie but he has concerns. Now there is no one really to sign. Maybe 2 ok guys.
O line is exactly like last year unless bushrod comes in and starts. I love Miami so much.
I just won't be super pumped until we actually make the dance. Too many times we blow it and get a reality check. We will have a team of Champions when they start to fix the team with the most needed postions and make better deal,trades and scouting. Football is a tough sport. Tougher than most people realize. Until we have the all the pieces we will be looking at another 4 win season. TBUAM is high as **** if he thinks this team is so much better than last.

I just can't believe the guy we really wanted a couple seasons back (when this team really needed to clean house), Tom Gamble, was just sitting out there staring at a wall after the season ended and instead we went into this new Adam Gase era with this ex-Jets loser still running the show. You need a great drafter if you're going to build this way and here's one with a brilliant track record just sitting out there ready to be your GM - and you do this instead. Dumbfounded.
 
I am not a draft guru or expert of any kind but the only way I see to get out of the personnel mess we are in, is through the draft. If there is an opportunity for Denver to get a top flite quarterback prospect (Wentz or Goff) at 13, trade down for picks. Then use those picks wisely to pickup OL, LB, CB, and RB, in that order.
 
Fire Tannenfraud would be my 1st move....but Bozo the Owner would never do something so competent.
