Learn to purge the purgable.
Why put up with Jesse Davis.
Why have a back up QB that is identical to the starter.
Why not play the entire roster or simply involve more players.
Ask more of the Coaches even if it mean playing out of position. Play the best 33.

Why have a starting qb that is identical to the back up?
RT and JC and BO were all trending down and not winners. For every + there was a -. Marino escaped more sacks than those three combined. I guarantee you if gase was returning Ryan Fitzpatrick would be the next QB.

The HC is 80% of the problem. If the rest have been put on notice - I think they were - the new HC has the advantage
