I still remember a few years back when Tennessee needed a receiver badly, but there was Javon Kearse somehow falling to their spot in the draft. The Titans took Kearse, who had an amazing rookie season and helped the team reach the super bowl.
Whose that player this year that would change the draft direction for Miami? I think its Elliott, especially with the way the running back situation has played out in free agency.
I don't think the Dolphins would expect Elliott to drop to #13 and have other targets in mind. Players like Apple, Alexander, Lawson, Dodd, and Conklin would seem to be primary targets (Hargreaves if he drops).
If the team took Elliott, they would have to find ways to fill bigger needs but get a potential elite player.
