What position would you like to see addressed next?

EDIT: I forgot to add TE, but I figure there isn't one worthy of #32 anyway. That kid from Purdue can't block for Ronnie. If you disagree, though, I'm sorry. I can't find out how to edit the poll.

What I want? ILB Curtis Lofton.

What I think we'll do...QB Chad Henne

I'd draft Cason or Jenkins if they are there at 32 or make a trade for Lito Shephard for Jason Taylor. We need CB's , I like Allen and Lehan but we are lacking a stud corner and those two guys would be perfect if they fall to 32. Tight End would be nice if the USC TE falls.

I imagine we'd have a shot at Fred Davis later in the 2nd round. I like him a lot, but not at #32.

No chance Jenkins is there. If Jenkins is there at #31 I'm gonna be sweating bullets.

It's starting to look like Cason will be gone by then as well.

I don't know who's gonna be available, but I'd love a shot at Jenkins, Talib or Cason. I'm not confident we'll get that shot, though.

More likely that we'll have a shot at Brandon Flowers from Virginia Tech, Justin King from Penn State or Tracy Porter from Indiana.

I think we are in desperate need of a CB, though.

If we trade JT then we need a DE, but if we dont then I say go Linebacker

You mean if we trade Jason Taylor we need a linebacker, no?

JT is our ROLB.

Calais Campbell would be a DE for us as he's over 290.

JT's departure would create a need at ROLB, not DE.

I don't know that there are any of those hybrid RE/ROLBs fit for our team in the 2nd round.

I don't know all the players, though.

To those who are choosing the linebacker option:

Do you want an inside linebacker to start over Crowder or Torbor, or do you want an outside hybrid DE/LB to start over Jason Taylor or Joey Porter?

Can Holliday, Roth , Wright and Moses play DE in some sort of rotation, like take the best out of the 3. I think we are ok at DE even if we lose Taylor, Rod Wright and Moses played well towards the end of the year, I don't think we will havea problem, you can draft a Quentin Groves or Lawrence Jackson if its necessary but I'd rather address the secondary with a CB or S, I really like Kenny Phillips from Miami, this kid is a playmaker, i still have hope in Jason Allen but Y Bell needs to stay healthy, I'm still having nightmares of the jump ball catching Randy Moss!

I personally want a CB, but I'd snatch Kenny Phillips in a heartbeat if he gets past the Giants. He can bulk up a little and man the SS spot for us. I'd be thrilled. And if Talib, Jenkins and Cason are gone by #32, I don't know that I'd go CB there. I don't know enough about Brandon Flowers.

I'd like to see Moses provide some rest for Taylor and Porter a little more next year. I like his prospects.

I don't think Rod Wright could play the OLB spot. Just the DE, but he's the right fit for it.

I don't know that we need a DE unless Campbell is available, but I understand the desire for a pass rushing OLB.

I'm not sold on either guy inside. Crowder in particular is way lighter than what Parcells likes, and hasn't been real impressive since his rookie year. Torbor's pretty standard, but nothing special. I think they're both fill-in players until the triumvirate can install something better. Taylor's probably going to be traded, and the current administration does not seem to like Joey Porter at all.

Really the answer here is BPA. I don't think it's going to be a quarterback, although Brian Brohm would be tempting. If James Hardy falls here, it's a no brainer, although I don't think that happens.

I choose linebacker because that appears to be the best talent available at that draft spot. One of either Dan Connor or Curtis Lofton is going to show up here, and I think they're head and shoulders above any other similarly positioned talent.

I really want Curtis Lofton.

As a Michigan fan, I'd love to see Henne in a Miami uniform (and I'm a fan of Beck)

I'm starting to like the idea of drafting Flacco

Keller could also be an option.

If Quinton Groves is there we might take him.

Sleepers? Tracy Porter, Donnie Avery, Charles Godfrey,Cliff Avril and Dustin Keller (all guys who will be 2nd round picks, but might not last until our 2nd 2nd, aside from Keller who might not make it to 32.)

i went with guard.we should be able to get a big -strong-explosive-nasty -run blocked mauler.but if we trade up from 32,it will an impact player.outside lb-saftey-wr.i just have no clue if we want a qb or not.

I think Dan Connor is a little light, no?

I was lucky enough to talk to Joel Segal the other day. He's Channing Crowder's agent and he told me Channing is Parcells's favorite player. I'm not sold on him either, though.

I really like the idea of taking another linemen preferably hoping that brandon albert slips to the mid-late first round then trading up to get him. However i may be a little biased towards albert since he's my friends cousin. Other than Guard I like receiver or cornerback here. We need some skill positions too.

BTW: picking another qb is a bad idea in my opinion because it would only worsen the current situation. The only way we can go wrong here is if we take a running back, no need for that.
