Exactly. The patriots are smart. They werent going roll out anything other than vanilla play calling on both sides of the ball. Reason why pro bettors took the under in this game. But the patriots defense outscored our offense 14-0 so the under didnt hit. I dont take anything away from that game about our defense besides the fact they played hard for 3 quarters.
 
The defense looked at least competent. 14 of the points were from the offense, and with as bad as the offense was you cannot expect an undermanned defense to compete with that much of a top differential.

While the offense was bad the scheme is there to be had

I was joking about next year (or whenever we get a starting caliber boundary).

I actually hope Rowe isn't the plan for the slot at that time.
