So who do you think will be the Dolphins' QB for the 07 season?

I don't think it will be Daunte Culpepper. Maybe we can get a good QB that isn't injured at the beginning of the season. I would love to see us draft Chris Leak (of the Gators) and see how he does.

CPEP will be the QB next year. Hopefully we can draft a young QB in the 2nd or 3rd round, but as it stands we can not give up any more draft picks for a washed up QB and need OL or WR help with the #9.... I wouldn't mind us trading down to pick up an additional 1st or 2nd round pick...

It would suck if we had to stick to Culpepper. Can anyone say another losing season?

I think Cleo has a good chance to start unless Daunte is 100%. As for Chris, I think he will go undrafted.

I think he will get drafted in about 6th round. He is an outstanding QB. Even though my cousin (who goes to the University of Florida) says that he always cracks under pressure.

These people see ONE game of Chris Leak and they fall in love with the guy. :shakeno:

Chris Leak = Choke Job

IMO, Cleo Lemon becomes the starter. In the press conference, it didn't seem like Cameran is sold on any one guy, but he did have the nicest things to say about Lemon. Also, Mueller wanted Lemon to start from Week 6-7 of 2006, and Nick Saban said NO.

So I wouldn't be surprised if Lemon gets the start.

Joey and Cleo will compete for the starting spot. We should draft a third QB. Palko, Stanton, or Palmer would be good. I like Leak also, but think that his height could be a problem.

I saw every single game of the Gators this year and Chris Leak has shown to be an amazing QB in every single one of them.

Could be, bro but I would be very surprised to see Harrington in a Dolphins uniform this season.

I AGREE

Then you DIDN'T see every game.

Check vs Vanderbilt, vs Georgia, vs Auburn.

He was NOT that great, especially against Auburn. He choked like no other.

If we're going to get a QB in the draft, then either you must get really lucky and have Brady Quinn or draft a lower tier guy like Kolb or Edwards (my pick). Culpepper is too talented to be wasted. I'll take my chances with drafting a WR like Ginn, Jr and having him work with Daunte.

Exactly, so we cut Daunte because he's washed up, save the 1.9 million in cap space, and take the 5.6 cap hit, and go with Cleo.

Daunte has not been good in 2 years, 3 headed to next year; we're going to rely on a guy who hasn't been healthy for THAT long? NO.
