What QB would you take in the 06 Draft?

Wassup fellas, I know it's early but what QB do you want to take in the 06 draft. Assuming sophmores and up decide to enter. I know some might be taken before we get a chance at em but who do you want? It doesn't have to be Logical( Like Matt Lienhart who probably will be taken top-five which Miami most likely won't be) I personally would love to have Chris Leak. Strong Arm, Accurate, Fast, and it's about time Miami add some color to their QB postion.:lol: What do you guys think?
 
Assuming we won't get a chance at Leinart, I like Brady Quinn or Marcus Vick. If we are talking later rounds, Hackney would be fine.

I would honestly like to see miami trade up to a top 5 pick and snag vincent young from texas. Built, fast and has a great accurate arm. i think leinhart hasn't played the competition like vince young has in the big 12. The big games for leinhart has come against cal, oklahoma (although they were on a downward spiral). IF miami cannot get either of those guys, i would like miami to possibly get drew brees from the chargers for some draft picks (2nd this year, 5th this year, and 1st rounder next year) i think brees would be a perfect fit for miami since both offensive schemes seem to be the same, and the OC here in miami will turn brees into a better overall qb as he did with Culpepper.
 
Oh I almost forgot, Marcus Vick looks awesome this season. He's fast and he has an insane completion percentage.

Quinn wont come out early but I like the way you're thinking :)
 
I too like Brady Quinn and I like Reggie Mcneil as well but i am not sure how good he really is at throwing the deep ball. what do you guys Think about Brad Smith at qb ?

No don't assume we won't get Lienhart. Assume we can get anyone. I personally don't want Matt because he doesn't have a really strong arm. He' just real accurate. Like Pennington.
 
I think Brady Quinn and Marcus Vick could be good prospects, Vick definitely has unlimited potential like his brother. A sleeper prospect could be UCLA's Drew Olson in the later rounds.

If we don't take a qb in the first round i want Jacobs or Croyle.
 
From what I've seen of Marcus Vick, it looks like he definitely has better accuracy than his big brother.

To be honest, I don't really care who we draft. I just want to see a high draft pick spent on a quarterback.
 
Matt Leinart is by far the best Qb prospect in the draft, so I would take him if he were available when the Phins pick. My guess is that their is a bidding war for him on draft day, so I really don't know who will get him. I think Houston is the worst team in the league, but I think they would try and trade down to get one of the LT's in the draft rather than take Leinart.
