This is easy for me. The spot foul pass interference is so antiquated. It was fine in the 70's when teams only threw the ball about twenty times a game and points were hard to come by, but in this era of football the penalty is ridiculous. It should be a 10 or fifteen yard penalty and an automatic first down. It would cut down on the outrage on the ticky-tack pass interference calls that dramatically effect the outcomes of games.

you’d HAVE to have an exception for inside 2 min or so. otherwise, any close play at end you just tackle receivers. ir maybe you say 15 yards AND clock is re-set to where it was pre-snap.

re onsides kick- make it 7 or 8 yards instead of 10 and it would change everything. and no intentional batting out of bounds.
