How should Saban have fired up his team for this game this week?

Should he have threatened them with death by fire squad for underperforming?

Should he have beat them repeatadly when they false started in practice?

Maybe he should have made them listen to motivational speeches by Tony Robbins over and over again to get them pshyced to play a "playoff type" game against a divisional rival.

The fact is..these players are sucking all by themselves. Its not Saban's fault at all hear. Its not bad game calling. Its bad playing. If these guys cant get up at home for the Bills..there is nothing Saban can do. Our secondary plays like Pop Warner. Most of them should be cut..but that cant happen till the offseason.

This is all on the players....ALL OF IT..in all its putrid grossness.

But I still love my Phins.....!!!!

My point exactly......youve head that bag on your head for a long......long time.

I agree vt dolfan. Its going to be an intersting offseason with Saban restructuring this team into his team. Im looking forward to it.

He should have let them know that we are still in the hunt and to come out hungry. Remind him that the Bills are big rivals and it would be embarrasing to be swept by them in back to back seasons.

I'm not getting paid 5 million dollars a year to coach a football team and neither are you. No excuse not to have this team ready to play a rival team at home.

I agree, these are professionals with a chance (albeit how miniscule) to reamin in contention for a playoff spot. They are not competeting, and it must be very disappointing to Coach Saban. This is NOT his fault

Whos making excuses.........you are. Your blaming this performance not on the guys playing....but on the coach on the sidelines....
