To tell you the truth i cant do nothing but worry. Dc Leg or Brees's Shoulder. I think alot of people on this site as well as myself are freaking out because weve gone through so many years with back up QB's that we here one of those two names and we will do anything to hear that we have a star Qb. Now the question is are willing to do that at all cost. Of paying Ten Million a year to someone who MIGHT not be able to throw again at full strenth that to begin with was never a strong arm or Give up a second plus 6 million in due money next month and the Vikings wont even let us give him a physical. What is the realistic thing to do? At all cost or should we be all praying that Saban has another QB lined up for tommorow. What is your opinion.

Saban will try to get one of the QBs, give them some guaranteed $ along with an incentive laden contract. If the QB can't play well enough...Gus steps back in and makes incentive $ (after taking a reduced contract to come back as the backup QB) and we cut the newly signed star in the offseason next year and try again. Thankfully the cap was extended upwards this year which gives us (and other teams) a bit more flexibility.

It's Sabans job ..let him stress it, just layback and give the man some time,it will happen for this team soon enough..BREATHE!:sidelol:

I have to say I agree with you on giving an injured QB alot of money without first knowing how he will heal. I would rather get a slightly less talented, or less popular QB that is completely healthy. We dont have to have a star QB, just a very good one. Maybe his 'STAR' hasnt been lit yet. Most guys that are stars were just lucky to have been given a chance.

Very good point but do you have any ideas as per who would be available per say this dante and brees thing fall through.
